• Steris 5095 Surgical Table: Must accommodate every surgical specialty, support up to 1,200 lbs, offer full table articulation up to 900 lbs (600 lbs with slide), feature robust casters, a 4-section motorized tabletop with powered radiolucent kidney elevator, flush side rails, integrated manual override, conductive heat transfer, compact design, intelligent controller with LCD, and a dual articulating headrest. Specific dimensions and ranges for table length, width, height, slide, Trendelenburg, lateral tilt, head, back, and leg sections, and kidney elevator are detailed.
• Accessories: One (1) Steris ShroudGuard Column Protector (BF069) and one (1) Uncrate, Inspect & Start-Up service for the 5095 Table (SE1102500072).

Response Requirements
