Quick Summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center, is soliciting proposals for surgical-grade instrumentation, including Phantom Cervical components. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and aims to replenish surgical trays after non-surgical grade instruments were inadvertently mixed. Offers are due by June 1, 2026, at 12 PM EST.
Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the procurement of high-quality, stainless steel surgical instruments that are resistant to corrosion, autoclavable, and suitable for repeated sterilization. Key deliverables include various types of blades (blunt, short tooth, long tooth, micro blunt, micro short tooth), retractors, a screwdriver, a depth gauge, and instrument trays. Instruments must be clearly marked with catalog numbers and barcodes. Specific mention is made of leveraging the Phantom ML Angled Articulated Arm for the Phantom CS retractor. No installation is required.

Additional Notes
This requirement is a repost of a previous solicitation (36C24726Q0533) that was initially set aside for SDVOSB, but received no bids. The VA has a need for these instruments ASAP with a short turnaround time. Preference will be given to American-made products that meet or exceed specifications, provided their quoted price is deemed fair and reasonable.
