Scope of Work
The VA seeks a contractor to provide a Swisslog ezCut Tablet Cutter or an equivalent standalone equipment solution. The device must meet specific salient characteristics, including:
- A robust, compact stand-alone system (within 1" of 9.9"H x 9.4"W x 16"D, not exceeding 35 lbs).
- Automatic shape recognition and canister-free operation.
- Irregular tablet identification, capable of recognizing faulty or unregistered shapes, and automatically separating rejected pills.
- Pill counting capability (minimum 60-80 tablets per minute).
- Hygienic workflow.
- Cutting speed of at least 20 tablets per minute with precise cutting accuracy (no more than 5% variance).
