Scope of Work
The requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal Olympus Flexible ENT Scope System. The contractor shall furnish and install the new system, including all necessary components, equipment, accessories, labor, software, licensing, and technical support. This involves integrating the system with existing N-CARE and VAULTStream platforms, configuration, testing, and training for clinical staff, providers, and the Biomed department. The contractor will also assist with migrating data from the previous server. Key items include UHD 4K monitors, compact LCD monitor arms, trolleys, nurses control arms, medical-grade touch panels, ENT scope hangers, various ENT kits and scopes (e.g., OTV-S500, ENF-VT3, ENF-VH), light-guide cables, generators, foot switches, nCare 4K and VaultStream software licenses, server installation, and clinical education/training. A trade-in credit for Olympus equipment is also part of the requirement.
