This document is a Sole Source Justification for the brand name only purchase of Steris HarmonyAIR ALYON dual and triple ceiling mounted surgical lights, along with associated accessories, delivery, installation, deinstallation, disposal, and training services. The Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Medical Center requires these new lighting systems to replace existing operating room (OR) lights that are past their recommended replacement date and are beyond economical repair. The new systems aim to improve surgical visibility, enhance patient safety, enable modern imaging compatibility, and support advanced procedural workflows.

• Six (6) HarmonyAIR ALYON Dual surgical lights with camera readiness.

• Two (2) HarmonyAIR ALYON Triple surgical lights with camera readiness.

• Associated drop tubes, ceiling plates, and wall control boxes.

• Deinstallation of existing lights.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the brand name only purchase of Steris HarmonyAIR ALYON Operating Room Lighting System for the Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Medical Center. The current OR light systems are past their recommended replacement date and are beyond economical repair. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested.

• Six (6) Steris Harmony Air ALYON dual ceiling mounted surgical lights with associated accessories.

• Two (2) Steris Harmony Air ALYON triple ceiling mounted surgical lights with associated accessories.

• Deinstallation of existing OR lights.

• Installation of new surgical lights.

• The contract will be awarded to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
