The VA Long Beach Healthcare System Kinesiotherapy Department requires a comprehensive, full-site objective evaluation and testing system to perform FCEs for veterans and those returning to active-duty military service. The system must objectively measure physical tasks related to occupational responsibilities or reservist duties.
