This solicitation is for the procurement of two (2) Hall Micro Free Power Systems, Brand Name or Equal, for the El Paso Veterans Affairs Health Care System (EPVAHCS) Sterile Processing Service. These systems are needed to support extended patient care and provide redundancy for operational procedures, accommodating an increasing veteran population and ensuring patient and employee safety.

• Two (2) Hall Micro Free Power Systems, Brand Name or Equal.

• Each system must include: Hall MicroFree High Speed Drill (x1), Hall MircoFree Reciprocating Saw (x1), Hall MircoFree Oscillating Saw (x1), Hall MircoFree Sagittal Saw (x1), Two Trigger Pin Driver (x1), Two Trigger Wire Driver (x1), ¼ in (6.35m) Jacobs Chuck Multipurpose Attachment (x1), Small AO-One Handed Operation Quick Connect Drill Attachment (x1), Medium Bur Guard (x1), Hall ¾ Size Rigid Sterilization Container (x1), ½ Size Small bone Insert (x1), ½ Size Procedure Specific Insert (x1).

• Specific technical specifications include: saw head rotation (min 45º), autoclavable batteries and handpieces, IPX 6, IPX 8, and IPX 9 rated handpieces, hermetically sealed power, cordless equipment weighing less than 400 grams, and lithium-ion battery technology.

• Contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.
