Reporting requirements include monthly and quarterly sales reports, incorporating a 3.0% Service Level Agreement (SLA) fee.
Contract Details
This will be a Requirements Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) orders. The period of performance includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The 3.0% SLA fee must be embedded in all proposed prices. Delivery is FOB Destination.
