- CLIN 0001: Stryker Steri-Shield 8 Surgical Helmet (Model #0424-600-000 or equal) - 10 units. Must protect against cross-infections, feature numbered toga for alignment, AAMI Level 1 back panels for breathability, AAMI Level 4 barrier performance, and intuitive peel-away technology.
- CLIN 0002: Stryker Steri-Shield 8 Surgical Helmet w/LED (Model #0424-610-000 or equal) - 4 units. Must include integrated lighting and meet all requirements of CLIN 0001.
- CLIN 0003: Stryker Steri-Shield 8 Battery Charger w/(B) NEMA Power Cord (Model #0424-655-000US or equal) - 3 units. Must be compatible with CLIN 0004 and have a NEMA plug type power cord.
- CLIN 0004: Stryker Steri-Shield 8 Battery Pack (Model #0424-660-000 or equal) - 18 units. Must be compatible with CLIN 0001-0002.
