This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products and services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22, is seeking a brand name or equal product.

• Quotes must be limited to 15 pages (excluding pricing schedule).

• The government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussions.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical acceptability is based on meeting all salient characteristics. Award will be made to the offer that meets all minimum requirements and provides the lowest price.

• This acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• Offerors must be VIP-listed SDVOSBs at the time of offer and award.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and 52.211-6 (Brand Name or Equal).

• VAAR clauses, including VAAR 852.219-73 (VA Notice of Total Set-Aside for Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses) and VAAR 852.232-72 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests), are also included.
