Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI)

This notice is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) issued by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR. The government is seeking to identify interested contractors capable of providing an ultrasonic washer disinfector system for DaVinci robotic surgical instruments. • Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the installation of ultrasonic washer disinfectors.

• The ultrasonic washer/disinfector must be capable of processing DaVinci robotic surgical instruments, featuring high-pressure flushing, ultrasonic cavitation, and lumen flushing.

• Specific technical requirements include a 69-liter tank volume, compatibility with DaVinci Si/S and Xi/X robotic instruments, programmable settings, digital touch screen, visual alarms, and compliance with ANSI/AAMI ST15883-2 for thermal disinfection.

• A tabletop version dedicated to eye instruments is also mentioned.

• Installation includes connecting to existing power, water (hot, cold, critical), and drains.

• Cleaning is to be achieved through a combination of sonic irrigation (ultrasonic cavitation) and lumen flushing.

• The vendor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for installation.
