• Equipment: All-round Solution 3D/2/D Digital panoramic High-Definition imaging capability (DICOM compliant), low dose option for implantology, high-resolution imaging, user-friendly interface, integration with VA imaging systems (e.g., MiPACS), smart connectivity, adjustable patient positioning, and compliance with VA and FDA radiation safety standards.

• Delivery & Installation: Equipment delivery to MEDVAMC, complete installation, removal, setup, calibration, coordination with Biomedical Engineering and IT, ensuring operational status, and onsite training for Dental Personnel.

• Integration: Ensure compatibility with VA imaging infrastructure (DICOM 3.0), interface with existing systems, and provide necessary software, licenses, and configuration support.

• Training: On-site training for clinical and administrative staff, system operation, safety protocols, troubleshooting, and provision of user manuals and training materials.

• Warranty & Maintenance: Minimum 2-year full warranty (parts and labor), 24-48 hour technical support response, online/offsite troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance recommendations.

• Deliverables: Fully installed and operational machine, trade-in of old equipment, system documentation, user manuals, training completion, BIO MED Training (Free), warranty documentation, and expedited repair capability.

• The government anticipates a competitive, firm-fixed-price task order if on a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) or a firm-fixed-price purchase order if on the "open market".

• Period of Performance: Delivery and installation within 30-60 days of award (expedited if possible). Warranty: Minimum 24 months from acceptance.
