Contract Details & Eligibility
This acquisition is conducted under FAR 16.505 – Ordering and is strictly limited to companies holding current contracts with the VA NAC High Tech Medical Equipment Branch or the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) where the VA has ordering authority. All resultant delivery orders will be subject to the terms and conditions of the base contract, and offers must be honored for a minimum of 180 days.
Submission & Evaluation
