This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial products and services, specifically seeking Brand Name or Equal (BNOE) Baxter/Hill-Rom Progressa+ ICU Bed Systems. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System requires 10 units to replace non-functional beds and improve patient care, mobility, and pressure ulcer reduction. This is an unrestricted procurement with an anticipated firm-fixed-price supply order award.

• Quantity: 10 ICU Bed Systems.

• Brand Name or Equal: Baxter Progressa+ ICU Bed System (PN P7501A000032) or an equivalent meeting all salient characteristics.

• Salient Characteristics (36" and 40" Frame Width): Must include in-bed scale, foot of bed egress (Chair Egress), chest physiotherapy, 5th wheel electric drive, permanent IV pole, compatibility with current patient helpers, integrated oxygen holder, hands-free emergency CPR and Trendelenburg, 500lb weight capacity, Continuous lateral rotation therapy and/or Percussion & Vibration, Nurse call, Universal TV & Lighting, Intellidrive with 6" casters, Wi-Fi Module, and X-Ray Sleeve.

• Delivery: FOB Destination, no later than 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery to CAVHS, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Building 182 (Warehouse), North Little Rock, AR 72114.

• Training: Vendor to provide training.

• Manuals: Two (2) copies of Operator’s and Service Manuals.

• Warranty: Full one year parts & labor.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Supply Order.

• Place of Performance/Delivery: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, North Little Rock, AR.

• Evaluation Factors: Manufacturer authorized provider letter (if not manufacturer), Technical characteristics (especially required features), and Price. Adherence to technical characteristics and meeting the special standard are equally important as price.
