This includes meters, reagents, standards, controls, and other peripherals necessary for fingerstick glucose CPT services.

While this is a notice of intent to sole source and not a request for quotes, all responsible sources are invited to submit a capability statement. These statements will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the discretion to not compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice.
