Questions & Answers / Clarifications

• Teams Requirement: The government requires both a native MS Teams Room Appliance and the ability for users to bring their own device (BYOD) for Teams.
• Native Teams Device Standard: No specific model is required, but devices must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. HP/Poly X70 are common examples.

• Analog to Digital Conversion (Task 1-6): Task 3 covers analog to digital conversion. Reclamation (or OCIO) will provide VoIP system installation services and obtain necessary telephone/network hardware. The contractor will provide cabling infrastructure and AV equipment to interface with the Cisco Call Manager system.
