• Adhering to strict mercury-free requirements for materials, with specific procedures for approval if mercury is functionally required.
• Ensuring all inspection and testing requirements are met, with the contractor responsible for performance and record-keeping.
• Packaging and marking in accordance with MIL-STD 2073 and MIL-STD-129.
• Providing specific information in quotes, including TD&E Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. The requested RTAT is 180 days.
