Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a comprehensive mailer collection kit service for Veterans at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. Key requirements include:

- Weekly mailing of collection kits within a 7-day cycle from receipt of VA patient lists.
- Advance notification to Veterans via text, phone, email, or letter.
- All patient information and instructions (introductory letter, collection, labeling, return) must be easy-to-read (Flesch score > 80) and available in both English and Spanish.
- Assembly of mailing packets with labeled FIT kits, return envelopes with postage, and explicit instructions.
