Evaluation & Submission
This acquisition is for a Brand Name or Equal item and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Offers will first be evaluated on technical ability; if technically acceptable, the lowest priced offer will be selected. The Buy American Act will be applied. Offerors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by the OEM.
