Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a complete molecular diagnostic testing system on a cost-per-test (CPT) basis. This includes furnishing contractor-owned, FDA-approved, CLIA waived, moderately complex, fully-integrated, random access, and automated equipment. Only new, state-of-the-art equipment is acceptable. Services encompass all necessary reagents, supplies, maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled, 24-hour on-site for emergencies, 95% uptime guarantee), technical support, and training for Government personnel. A bi-directional interface for LIS connectivity is required. Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Proposals are due by June 19, 2026, 10:00 AM MDT. Bidders must submit a signed SF1449, acknowledge all amendments, provide contract administration details, UEI, EIN, and a pricing schedule. Amendment 0002 corrects previous guidance and reinstates the requirement to submit the "Schedule Excel Sheet" in addition to completing the B3 Price/Cost Schedule. Offerors must also complete the Manufacturer Disclosure Statement for Medical Device Security (MDS2) form and VA Directive 6550 Appendix A for network-connected devices.
