Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive LED wall 3D visualization room solution, including all necessary supplies, services, installation, integration, testing, training, documentation, warranty, maintenance, and support. Key requirements include:
- Modernizing the existing Visualization Room with an immersive LED wall display capable of active or passive stereoscopic 3D.
- Supporting collaborative analysis, presentations, and training activities.
- Integrating multiple sources and supporting modern control methods (e.g., SDVoE, AV over IP).
- Ensuring compatibility with existing BOEM/BSEE mission applications and hardware, and complying with federal security scanning and cybersecurity protocols.
- Providing training for at least six personnel and comprehensive documentation.

- Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services).
- Period of Performance: Approximately August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. This includes a Base Year for the LED Wall Solution (delivery by January 31, 2027) and five Option Periods for Maintenance and Support.

Submission & Evaluation
This is a phased procurement with an advisory down-select approach:
- Phase 1:
- A site visit is required and scheduled for June 1-3, 2026. Registration is required by May 27, 2026.
- RFQ Questions are due by June 5, 2026.
- Technical Overview/Relevant Experience submissions are due by June 19, 2026.
- Phase 2 (for selected quoters):
- Oral presentations and price submissions are due by July 10, 2026.
- Evaluation: Quotations will be evaluated on a best-value tradeoff basis, with Technical and Past Performance factors being more important than Price.
