Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI seeks to determine marketplace availability of vendors capable of sourcing, acquiring, and delivering specialized equipment for a qualifying veteran's self-employment. The equipment is essential for establishing or enhancing investigative services, including technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), covert surveillance (stationary, elevated, ground-level, mobile), evidence collection, video processing, forensic analysis, and aerial operations.

Vendors must demonstrate the ability to source and deliver ALL 12 items listed. Key items include:

Vendors must provide:

• Statement of ability to obtain and deliver each item.
• Anticipated source for each item.
• Estimated delivery date for each item.
• Identification of the item with the longest estimated delivery lead-time.

This is an RFI, not a solicitation. No quotes are requested or will be reviewed. The government is gathering information to gauge vendor interest and determine the best approach for a future solicitation.
