Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive propane delivery and maintenance services for the Truxton Canon Agency. This includes providing all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and services for propane systems. Key tasks involve:
- Delivering propane and ensuring tanks are kept filled to prevent outages.
- Performing weekly tank checks and lighting pilots if buildings run out of propane.
- Conducting minor and major repairs on tanks, including gauge replacement/repair, piping repair, leak checks, and system diagnostics.
- Compliance with NEPA #58, ASME/DOT standards, OSHA requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and tribal safety regulations.
Services will be performed at various BIA managed sites, including Valentine, Peach Springs, Thornton Tower/Manzanita/Bar4, and Supai, AZ. Estimated annual usage is approximately 20,000 gallons of propane. The period of performance is anticipated to be a base period plus four option years.
