Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide propane delivery and maintenance services for propane tanks, gauges, piping, and related components for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) – Truxton Canon Agency, ensuring continuous propane availability and safe, compliant operating condition.

• Provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and services for propane delivery and maintenance.

• Maintain all systems in a safe and compliant operating condition.

• Propane Delivery & Monitoring:

  • Keep all propane tanks filled at all times.
  • Check tanks weekly between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
  • Light pilots if a building runs out of propane.

• Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Capable of performing minor and major repairs on tanks.
  • Capable of gauge replacement/repair.
  • Capable of piping repair.
  • Capable of leak checks and system diagnostics.
  • Capable of any related propane system maintenance.

• Compliance:

  • Comply with NEPA #58.
  • Comply with ASME/DOT standards.
  • Comply with OSHA requirements.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and tribal safety regulations.
