This solicitation is for the provision of medical grade gases, fills, and cylinder rentals for the Bath VA Medical Center. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type.

• Provide, fill, transport, service, maintain, deliver, pick up, and store medical gases and cylinders.

• Gases must meet or exceed United States Pharmacopoeia/National Formulary (USP) standards.

• Specific gases include Oxygen, Nitrogen, Medical Grade Air, Argon, Helium, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, 90-5-5 Lab Mixture, and Lung Diffusion Mix.

• Cylinders must comply with all applicable FDA, CGA, DOT, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

• E-Sized oxygen cylinders require specific features including RFID technology for tracking.

• Contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials.

• Contractor must maintain all federal, state, and local licenses and FDA certifications.

• Liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence is required.

• Period of Performance: Three pricing periods:

  • Base Period 1: 05/01/2026 – 10/31/2026
  • Pricing Period 2: 11/01/2026 – 10/31/2027
  • Pricing Period 3: 11/01/2027 – 10/31/2028

• Minimum Guarantee: $15,000.00

• Contract Ceiling: $250,000.00
