Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for co-located meals, lodging, and training facilities for the US Army JROTC JCLC Island Venture 2026, from July 7 to July 12, 2026.

• Provide services for a maximum of 110 cadets and 30 cadre members.

• Furnish meal services, management, supervision, and labor.

• Provide lodging facilities, including separate sleeping, restroom, and shower areas.

• Offer training facilities including a pool/lake, canoes, lifeguards, archery range, golf carts, COPES course, rappel tower, and an administrative building.

• Provide food and condiments for all meals, including serving equipment and cleanup.

• Supply potable water, bagged ice, and hydration bottles.

• Ensure a safe and crime-free environment.

• Meals to be served at specified times with no more than a 10-minute delay in 95% of services.

• Hot meals maintained at a minimum of 140°F; cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 40°F.

• 100% availability of required equipment and supplies.

• 98% compliance with approved menu and meal count/quality.

• Golf carts to be fueled, safe, and operational.
