- Lodging: Separate accommodations for cadets and cadre with adequate lighting, restrooms, and showers.
- Training Facilities: Access to a pool/lake with lifeguards, archery range, COPES course, high/low ropes, and a rappel tower.
- Equipment: 8 golf carts (4-passenger and cargo/flatbed), 10 canoes with safety gear, and 1 motorized boat or 2 canoes for safety escorts.
- Support Personnel: 2 certified lifeguards and 2 certified nurses with first aid support.
- Administrative Building: For cadre operations with workstations.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offeror. Price will be analyzed for fairness and reasonableness. Quotes must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Candice Hodges prior to the closing date and time. Offerors must complete SF Form 1449 (Blocks 17a, 17b, 30a, 30b, 30c) and provide Unit Price and Net Amount for all CLINs. Quotes must be valid for 60 days after the closing date.
Additional Notes
Offerors must possess a valid UEI number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). A bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Program Manager and an alternate are required key personnel. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Wage Determination (WD 2015-5695 Revision No. 28) are incorporated by reference, and bidders must consider updated wage rates. All amendments will be posted on SAM.gov and must be acknowledged.
