Scope of Work

• Installing a new 1-pole, 20-amp circuit breaker in existing Panel M and a surface-mounted 120V duplex outlet.
• Running size #12 THHN copper wire in EMT from Panel M to the new receptacle.
• Providing and installing a bi-level water fountain above an existing wall clean out.
• Connecting the new water fountain to existing domestic cold water and sewer lines.
• The water fountain must meet specific standards: ICC A117.1, ANSI/ASHRAE 18, UL 399, NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, and have an 8 gph minimum capacity. Bubbler spouts must be mounted between 38 and 43 inches above the floor and direct water flow at least 4 inches above the unit basin.

Performance Standards & Place of Performance
