This solicitation is for the replacement of two (2) food processing freezer/chiller/refrigerator systems with appropriate remote condensing units for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS). The requirement is for Brand Name or Equal to the Alto-Shaam Model No. QC3-100R Blast Chiller and Bohn Model ZWN030L6C Remote Condensing Unit.

• Two (2) Blast Chiller Refrigeration Systems with remote condensing units.

• Desired exterior dimensions for Blast Chillers: 85-95" H, 55-65" W, 40-50" D.

• Food chilling capacity of 20 full-size sheet pans.

• Roll-in rack for pan storage with removable drip tray and handle.

• Stainless steel construction with insulated cabinet and stainless-steel interior.

• Features automatic defrost.

• Electrical compatibility: 115/208-230V, 1ph, 60Hz with direct power connection.

• Refrigerant: R448A.

• Minimum 1-year warranty.

• Condensing units: Electrical compatibility to 208-230/3/60 voltage, refrigerant R-404A/507.

• Desired condensing unit dimensions: 25-30" H, 25-35" D, 20-30" W.

• Minimum 1-year warranty for condensing units.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance (POP): Base period from 05-31-2026 to 09-15-2026.

• Delivery Date: No later than 9/15/2026.
