• Other Requirements: Packages under 500 count require a Safety/Child Proof cap. Expiration dates must be at least 12 months from delivery. Substitutions, changes, partial deliveries, and lot number variations require written Contracting Officer approval. Minimum bottle size is 100cc with specific cap and body dimensions. Shipments must include a packing slip with detailed information. Damaged or incorrect products require return authorization and pickup within one week.
