Evaluation
The Government currently believes that ScriptPro is the only vendor capable of providing the required RAS and RIC services. However, all responsible sources are encouraged to submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. These submissions will be reviewed solely to determine if the procurement can be conducted on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this requirement remains at the sole discretion of the Government.
