8-Station Shower Trailer Rental

Statement of Work (SOW)

To furnish all supervision, transportation, and equipment for the rental of an 8-Station Shower Trailer at BLDG 503, JBSA Randolph.

• Deliver one (1) 8-Station Shower Trailer with a door or wall separation (four showers per side), allowing for separate male and female areas.

• Trailer must be delivered in working condition and set up.

• Perform necessary repairs to ensure the trailer remains in service.

• Clean the trailer two (2) times weekly (Monday-Friday, before 4:30 PM).

• Service/pump wastewater twice (2) weekly off-base using a trailer with at least a 1,100-gallon capacity.

• Coordinate delivery, setup, and work schedules with the 502 CES Project Manager.

• Conduct a pre-usage inspection with the Project Manager.

• Trailer must be delivered in working condition.

• Repairs must be performed as necessary to ensure reliable service.

• Cleaning must maintain floors free of debris, and surfaces clean and disinfected.

• Showers must be free of spots, scale, soap scum, mold/mildew, and odors.

• Supplies (paper towels) must be sufficiently stocked.

• Wastewater must be pumped and disposed of off-base twice weekly.

• Project Location: 489 Military PLZ, BLDG 503 JBSA Randolph.

• Normal duty hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

• Government will provide utilities (water and electricity).

• Government will provide emergency, fire, and security police response.

• Contractor must comply with all base access, security, and traffic regulations, including obtaining base identification and vehicle passes.

• Contractor must comply with Department of Labor, OSHA, and AFOSH safety requirements.

• Contractor must support DOD anti-terrorism requirements.

• Contractor must not use Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).
