Sole Source Justification & Submission
The BIA intends to award to Sysco Montana, Inc., citing market research that confirmed no other vendor possesses the required logistics capacity, cold-chain capability, and multi-site delivery routes for all six remote facilities. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 41 U.S.C. 1901.
