The objective is to enhance leadership development, STEM career awareness, and academic success for approximately 160 cadets and 24 cadre. The camp is scheduled from June 1 to June 6, 2026 (six days, five nights).
The scope of work includes:
- Providing five nights of billeting at a regionally accredited public institution, ensuring separate accommodations for male/female participants and cadre/cadets.
- Delivering sixteen meals for cadets and cadre, plus meals for an advance party, with specific menu requirements.
- Supplying instructional space, parking, a golf cart, support staff, and audio-visual resources, along with access to an outdoor swimming pool and wellness center.
- Facilitating training activities such as the UCSD Confidence Course/Half-Day Odyssey, STEM-focused Vex Robotics, hands-on activities in academic departments, site visits, guest speakers, and physical fitness/recreational activities.
