Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remove and clean up old High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plumbing and install new Aquatherm (or equivalent) piping and insulation for water chilling systems in Building 285's Hydraulic Shop at Altus AFB, OK.

• Remove and dispose of existing HDPE piping from the chiller to the test stand.

• Replace piping with Aquatherm (or equal) from the chiller to the reservoir tank and pumps, and from the reservoir tank to the hydraulic test stand.

• Connect to existing check valves and shutoff valves.

• Piping needs to be 2" diameter, reducing to 1½" at the test stand.

• The system requires 35 GPM at 60 degrees and 45-70 PSI.

• Replacement piping must withstand extreme temperatures (-5F to 200F).

• Existing hangers, specialty items, and equipment may be reused; provide additional hangers if insufficient.
