• Site Security: Secure the work site, allowing only authorized personnel, and protect from damage.

• Damage to Existing Site Conditions: Contractor is responsible for repairing any damage to Real Property/Grounds due to poor workmanship at no cost to the Government.

• Health/Safety: Comply with OSHA and AFOSH standards, maintain a clean site, and keep driveways/entrances clear. Vehicle use at the work site is limited to delivery/pickup of equipment.

• Environmental Protection: Comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and NAFB laws, regulations, codes, and permits.

• Utility Service Interruptions: Requires advance notification (30 days), limited duration (max 4 hours per outage, not more than once in two weeks unless approved), and a completed Air Force Form 103, Base Civil Engineering Work Clearance Request (minimum 4 weeks for permit application).

• Base Access: Contractor personnel require base passes. Acquiring passes can take 1-2 weeks; submit requests in advance. Work vehicles may be subject to inspection.
