The color must be a uniform light grey (N6.5 - N8 Munsell scale), with a smooth satin finish. Packaging must meet industry standards and National Motor Freight Classification, with pallets not exceeding 2,100 lbs or 11 headstones. The contractor must replace damaged monuments within 10 calendar days.
