- Real Estate Functions: Preparing Reports of Availability (ROA) for long-term and short-term out-grants, real estate disposal, facility acquisitions, operational reports related to 99th RD facilities, and producing requested memorandums.
- Real Property Functions: Performing site inspections, maintaining data within APSR, GFEBS, HQIIS, and RPAMS databases, conducting monthly audit assignments, and maintaining 99th RD Real Property records both physically and digitally, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
