This unique dataset will be used to study the onset and progression of alcohol problems, care provided (including treatment initiation, engagement, and continuity), and long-term outcomes such as recovery. The research aims to comprehensively evaluate the full course of alcohol problems, including early identification, treatment engagement (psychiatry, addiction medicine, pharmacotherapy), and long-term outcomes (e.g., drinking, physical and mental well-being).
