Responses from non-OEMs should include evidence of ability to supply items for the contract period, quantity available, and price. Surplus dealers must provide a completed surplus certificate (DLAD Procurement Note C04) or traceability documentation. Information received will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
