  • Capability: Ability to perform at least 51% of the work, explanation of the Ostensible Subcontractor Affiliation rule, and confirmation of ability to provide the full range of services or specific capabilities.
  • Past Performance: Up to three examples of similar work.
  • Business Arrangements: Details on planned joint ventures or teaming.
  • Additional Information: Any relevant company details, comments, or questions regarding the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Anticipated Contract Requirements (for future solicitation)

The PWS outlines requirements for a SECRET Facility Clearance and personnel security clearances. Key personnel, including Program Manager, Welding Working Leaders, CAM Programmer Working Leader, and Painter Leader, will require specific experience and education.
