  • Registration: Offerors must have a CAGE code or UEI and be registered in SAM.gov. Lack of SAM registration makes a quoter ineligible.
  • Warranty: Only new items are accepted, no remanufactured or refurbished equipment. All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
