- Wood Adhesive: 50 pails of Shaw floor 3-in-1 Ultra or equivalent. Equivalent manufacturer-recommended adhesives are acceptable with a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for technical evaluation.
- Delivery: To either the U.S. Despatch Agency in the U.S. or directly to the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan. Detailed packing and shipping instructions, including forklift-ready pallets and wooden crates, must be followed. Japanese Consumption Taxes are not applicable as the U.S. Embassy is exempt.
