Purpose & Scope
The ADDP4 contract aims to provide comprehensive worldwide dental care services to eligible ADSMs across all U.S. Uniformed Services. The contractor will supplement care provided in military dental treatment facilities (DTFs) and provide services to ADSMs in regions without DTF access. This includes developing and maintaining a dental provider network in the Continental United States (CONUS) and agreements with TRICARE OCONUS Preferred Dentists for Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) routine, urgent, and emergency care for remote ADSMs.
