This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC). The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for specific equipment. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to award.

• Special Requirements: Each governor must be sealed per Woodward Governor Company Bulletin 25075A. A copy of the test, inspection/calibration record and TSP, signed/stamped by the Coast Guard QAR, must be packed with each governor. The internal wiring diagram must also be packed with each governor. Governors must be individually packed IAW MIL-STANDARD 2073-1E Method 40, with cushioning protection and meet phytosanitary requirements for WPM. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R.

• Brand Name Only: This is a "Brand Name Only" solicitation. No substitutions are authorized.

• Authorized Distributor: Vendors must be an authorized distributor for the requested material and must submit an authorized distributor letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with their quotation.

• Quotation Format: Unit Price and Total Price (Shipping Included) are required.

• Delivery: FOB Destination is required.

• Ship To Address: USCG SURFACE FORCES LOGISTICS CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226.

• Invoicing: Must be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at https://www.ipp.gov.

• SAM.gov Registration: Active registration required prior to award.
