Contract Details
This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The period of performance is 40 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with work expected to commence within 5 calendar days of the notice. Liquidated damages of 300 EUROS per calendar day will apply for delays. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 10 calendar days of contract award.
Eligibility & Submission
This opportunity is open to responsible contractors established in Spain. Offerors must be technically qualified, financially responsible, possess all necessary permits and licenses to operate in Spain, and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. English proficiency is required. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 12:00. Quotations, including Standard Form 1442, pricing, breakdown of proposal price, representations and certifications, a bar chart of work sequence, product data sheets, and proof of SAM registration, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the U.S. Embassy Madrid by June 19, 2026, 17:30 local time. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
