Personnel & Qualifications

  • Faculty must be Academically Qualified (AQ) or Professionally Qualified (PQ) per the USNCC Faculty Handbook.
  • A Project Manager (PM) with a master's degree and relevant experience is required.
  • All contractor personnel must have a favorably completed NACI.
  • Faculty must possess a computer, reliable internet access, corporate email, and experience with online Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Compliance with USNCC policies, DOD, DON, and US Government regulations is mandatory.
