This document is a synopsis for the acquisition of Adjuster Assemblies (NSN: 1680011594583, Part Number: 70400-21613-043) for the BLACKHAWK program. The government intends to award a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract with a minimum quantity of 210 units.

• Minimum quantity: 210 Adjuster Assemblies.

• Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing: 210 each, 1350 Days After Contract Award (DACA).

• PLT without First Article Testing: 210 each, 900 DACA.

• Deliveries to TRACEY, CA, 95304-5000.

• The government has rights to the technical data; the data package is complete with no engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR).

• Period of Performance: Five years.
