Scope of Work
The required services include:
- Maintaining the Planning and Estimating Technical Library.
- Providing LCAC subject matter expertise and coordinating with ACU-5 Shore Maintenance Planning and Estimating division.
- Advising on, reviewing, and updating maintenance packages, and entering documentation into the Maintenance Planning Tool (MPT).
- Offering Craft Material Inspection (CMI) technical support for LCAC crafts, including ensuring up-to-date technical publications.
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing scheduled maintenance plans for shop equipment, assisting with diagnostics, and coordinating repairs.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and conducting regular safety inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Developing and delivering training programs for shop staff on equipment operation and safety.
- Identifying equipment needs and providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Key Requirements
Contractor personnel must:
- Possess and maintain a SECRET facility clearance.
- Have 5 years of experience with military administrative policies and procedures related to operations and maintenance on LCACs.
- Have 2 years of experience as an LCAC Craft master or LCAC Craft Engineer.
- Have 1 year of experience using Microsoft Access or Excel.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0700-1530, at Assault Craft Unit Five (ACU-5), Donald Cook Road Bldg. 31916, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055.

Interested contractors must submit a capabilities statement, no more than five (5) pages, including PWS feedback. The statement should detail company information, DUNS, past contracts, business size, CAGE code, and all small business designations.
