Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The primary objective of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) is to accelerate the development of senior leaders by challenging them to transition from an operational mindset to one of strategic, enterprise-level leadership. The program aims to equip participants with analytical frameworks, the ability to lead through ambiguity, and decision-making skills for competitive advantage.

• Develop and deliver a transformative learning experience for high-potential mid-career and senior professionals within the Department of the Navy (DoW) community.

• Curriculum must be aligned with strategic imperatives of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and the DoW.

• Key learning objectives include analyzing trends, developing strategic foresight, leveraging data analytics, and mastering organizational change and influence.

• The program will be delivered at the Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS) in Newport, RI, and potentially at NAVSUP Headquarters and NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) locations.

• Contractor must provide COR-approved, up-to-date course materials, including visual aids, handouts, charts, videos, diagrams, models, graphs, and student exercises.

• Course materials must be available electronically to students for at least one month after the course.

• Contractor is responsible for administrative support, including student registration, material distribution, and classroom setup.
