• Instructions: Offerors must complete the staffing proposal without manipulating the table or deviating from provided hours. Any exceptions require justification. The total proposed price for the post-award conference must be exactly $1,000.
• Staffing Proposal (Tab-2): Requires identification and proposal of fully burdened labor rates for up to four (4) personnel attending the conference. Proposed labor rates should reflect approximately 60 minutes of effort.
• Ground Rules and Assumptions (Tab-3): Offerors must provide ground rules and assumptions related to the proposed price and preparation.
